If the service experiences more than 24 hours of downtime within a billing cycle, customers are eligible for a full refund.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the service or the end result, they can request a refund.
If technical issues are not resolved within a reasonable time frame, customers can request a refund.
If the service is not delivered as promised, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
If the customer is overcharged or billed for services they did not purchase, they can request a full refund.
NON REFUNDABLE
Setup or initial fees for account creation, onboarding, or configurations.
- Customization or development costs for bespoke features or custom work.
- Subscription renewals after the renewal period begins.
- Service deposits paid to secure a project or service.
- Digital products (e.g., software, themes, templates) once downloaded or accessed.
- Training or consulting fees after the session or service has been completed.
- Payments for additional features or upgrades once activated or delivered.
- Fees for services that have started but were not completed due to the customer’s failure to provide necessary materials or information.
- Cancellation fees outlined in the contract, which are non-refundable.
- Third-party service or external costs (e.g., APIs, cloud services) once paid or activated.
- Fees for services already used or consumed (e.g., time spent on development, usage of features).
REFUND TIMEFRAME
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will not include any third-party fees or transaction charges. The refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. The refund will be applied to the same account whether you made the transaction using a debit card or net banking.
